Production
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Most standard orders are produced within 24 hours. Large, custom, or file-dependent jobs can require additional time, and weekends or holidays can change the schedule.

Carrier transit
Free next-day air describes carrier transit after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates, and destination, carrier, weekend, holiday, quantity, or custom-job restrictions can apply.
Damage or production defects
Custom products cannot be returned. Report verified damage or a production defect within five business days of receipt with the order number and photos. Eligible claims are resolved with a reprint rather than a refund.
Changes and cancellations
Review the order carefully before payment. Once a final order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified because production can begin immediately.
Product limitations
- Only the listed rectangular sizes are available; custom shapes and dimensions are not offered in this configurator.
- Magnetic signs require a clean, flat, magnet-compatible steel surface; not every vehicle panel is magnetic.
- Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Installation and care
- Test the intended vehicle panel with a household magnet before ordering.
- Apply to a clean, dry, flat steel surface without trim, deep curves, or body filler beneath it.
- Remove the magnet before an automatic car wash and clean both the magnet and vehicle surface regularly.
