Production, shipping, and remedies
Know the sequence before ordering.

Production
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Most standard orders are produced within 24 hours. Large, custom, or file-dependent jobs can require additional time, and weekends or holidays can change the schedule.

Carrier transit
Free next-day air describes carrier transit after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates, and destination, carrier, weekend, holiday, quantity, or custom-job restrictions can apply.
Damage or production defects
Custom products cannot be returned. Report verified damage or a production defect within five business days of receipt with the order number and photos. Eligible claims are resolved with a reprint rather than a refund.
Changes and cancellations
Review the order carefully before payment. Once a final order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified because production can begin immediately.
Product limitations
- The online product is a fixed 24×18-inch rectangle; custom dimensions are not offered in this configurator.
- Orders must contain 10–90 signs in increments of 10.
- A separate design is still subject to the total order quantity and design-count limits in the configurator.
Installation and care
- Add the correct number of optional step stakes for the signs you plan to install.
- Insert stakes into suitable ground and avoid underground utilities or restricted property.
- Bring signs indoors during severe weather and store them flat and dry when not in use.

What is the minimum yard-sign order?
The minimum is 10 signs, and quantities must increase in increments of 10. Single-sided signs are $12 each before tax and optional stakes.
