Production, shipping, and remedies

Production
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Most standard orders are produced within 24 hours. Large, custom, or file-dependent jobs can require additional time, and weekends or holidays can change the schedule.

Carrier transit
Free next-day air describes carrier transit after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates, and destination, carrier, weekend, holiday, quantity, or custom-job restrictions can apply.
Damage or production defects
Custom products cannot be returned. Report verified damage or a production defect within five business days of receipt with the order number and photos. Eligible claims are resolved with a reprint rather than a refund.
Changes and cancellations
Review the order carefully before payment. Once a final order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified because production can begin immediately.
Product limitations
- Orders over 1,000 square feet require a custom quote and may need additional production time.
- Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
- Color on a screen can differ from printed output because screens use emitted RGB light and printing uses ink.
Installation and care
- Choose attachment options for the intended mounting method before checkout.
- Use enough attachment points to distribute wind load; mesh is the available wind-permeable material option.
- Store dry, clean, and loosely rolled rather than sharply folded when the banner is not in use.
