Production, shipping, and remedies
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Most standard orders are produced within 24 hours. Large, custom, or file-dependent jobs can require additional time, and weekends or holidays can change the schedule.
Free next-day air describes carrier transit after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates, and destination, carrier, weekend, holiday, quantity, or custom-job restrictions can apply.
Custom products cannot be returned. Report verified damage or a production defect within five business days of receipt with the order number and photos. Eligible claims are resolved with a reprint rather than a refund.
Review the order carefully before payment. Once a final order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified because production can begin immediately.

Houston banner planning
Houston uses banners across the George R. Brown Convention Center, energy and industrial sites, medical and university programs, marathon routes, cultural districts, and neighborhood businesses.
The George R. Brown Convention Center anchors major trade shows and conferences beside Discovery Green and downtown hotels. Exhibitors need booth identity, product category, sponsor recognition, and directions separated into clear graphics that work across wide aisles.
Houston’s industry mix includes energy, manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, aviation, digital technology, and life sciences. Banners support plant open houses, recruiting, safety programs, conferences, construction, supplier events, and community engagement.
Medical, research, university, theater, and museum programs use banners for conferences, patient and visitor direction, recruiting, graduations, performances, and fundraising. In close-view settings, hierarchy and calm legibility matter more than oversized promotional language.
The Houston Marathon crosses Downtown, the Heights, Montrose, Upper Kirby, the Museum District, the Galleria area, and Memorial. Outdoor route and event banners must be planned for heat, humidity, thunderstorms, and wind exposure. Mesh can help on approved open fences, but no material replaces secure mounting and weather removal procedures.
| Houston use | Good starting choice | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| George R. Brown exhibits and indoor stages | 13 oz or 15 oz solid vinyl | Smooth opacity and saturated color suit booths, sponsor walls, registration, and presentations. |
| Race routes and approved outdoor fencing | Mesh banner material | Perforation allows airflow through exposed fence-mounted displays. |
| Medical, campus, and nonprofit programs | 13 oz or 15 oz vinyl | Portable, readable material works for recurring indoor and protected displays. |
| Industrial, construction, and logistics sites | 15 oz or 18 oz vinyl | Heavier materials support larger or repeated-use graphics with proper mounting. |

Questions before ordering
Yes. Orders can be shipped to Houston, TX. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Most standard orders are produced within 24 hours. Delivery dates are estimates, and destination, carrier, weekend, holiday, quantity, or custom-job restrictions can apply.
Yes. Confirm booth dimensions, hanging and rigging, fire-safety, delivery, and move-in rules from the event organizer before ordering.
Mesh is a useful choice for approved exposed fences because it allows airflow. Solid vinyl delivers stronger opacity in protected locations. Houston heat, thunderstorms, wind, and the site safety plan should guide installation and removal.
Use large route, mile, zone, or sponsor labels with strong contrast. Keep directions simple enough for runners and spectators to understand while moving, and follow the organizer’s exact placement plan.
Separate arrival, PPE, safety, recruiting, and promotional messages. Technical detail belongs on close-view displays; the main banner should identify the location or action quickly.
